What I Do
I help individuals and businesses to grow. Based in the vibrant city of Berlin, I work with people and organizations driven by noble missions and bold visions. My experience spans a range of marketing and business development roles in startups, media agencies and coaching centers. Today, I mostly specialize in:

The Impact
I believe the hardest challenges aren’t obstacles to achieving our goals but the lack of clarity about what we want and how to get there. Helping others find that vision, especially in times of uncertainty, resonates with my own experiences.
Each of us has a story and motivations that drive us to engage in certain activities. Understanding your values and identifying those that give you the strength and energy to create something meaningful is a fascinating fuel for a long and enjoyable journey.

How I Work
Most of my work happens online, but if you prefer face-to-face collaboration, then I’m glad to trade my home-office bear cave for the buzz of the outside world!
I’m passionate about using dashboards to visualize progress. I firmly believe in the power of visualization and see it as an essential part of productive work.
In face-to-face meetings, writing key insights on a whiteboard and capturing notes together enhance engagement. The direct interaction and eye contact foster even deeper discussions — something that virtual meetings could lack. On the other hand, during our online sessions, miro helps a lot to capture all ideas, thoughts, and plans, ensuring we can easily pick up where we left off in our next session.

Business Coaching
If you are seeking self-employment in Germany and are registered with the Agentur für Arbeit or Job Center, you may be eligible for an AVGS Coaching voucher. The Coaching program offers up to 80 UE (academic hours) and focuses on the essentials of starting your journey into self-employment.
I will guide you through business planning, marketing and sales positioning, registration with German tax authorities, pitch deck preparation, and applications for subsidies or venture funding.
Climate Mentorship
I like to support startups across Europe and globally that pursue initiatives in the climate and sustainable growth domains. I often join accelerator programs and connect with enthusiasts who share the desire to do something meaningful together.

Migration Coaching
Since the begining of war in Ukraine, I have been coaching numerous refugees facing the challenge of moving abroad and helping them to integrate smoothly into the German market. I work on migration, career and/or professional orientation coaching, which is possible in 🇺🇦 Ukrainian and 🇬🇧 English.
This service is 100% financed for those based in Germany and registered at the Job Center or Agentur für Arbeit.
